Juniper Networks - Renewal Contracts

We offer Juniper Networks service contracts for hardware and software maintenace: Core (SVC-COR), CorePlus (SVC-CP), NextDay (SVC-ND), SameDay (SVC-SD), NextDay Onsite (SVC-NDCE) and SameDay OnSite (SVC-SDCE) choices.

We offer manufacturer support for Juniper routers, firewalls, switches, WX, WXC, SSG, Netscreen, SRX, IC, IDP, NSM, NSMXpress, STRM, and SA SSL VPN.

JCARE Core Service Package (COR)

This annual contract provides customers with 24X7 technical support, software updates and upgrades, and access to Customer Support Center web services.

JCARE CorePlus Service Package (EXT- WAR)

All of the features of the Core Service Package plus hardware repair or replacement at Juniper Networks sole option within 10 business days from the date of receipt. Hardware replaced under the terms of the extended warranty may be refurbished or new equipment substituted at the option of Juniper Networks.

JCARE Next-Day Onsite Service Package (NDCE)

This annual contract provides authorized Juniper Networks Customers with 12X5 next business day parts delivery and technician to replace part, 24X7 technical support, software updates and upgrades, and access to Customer Support Center Web services. NDCE support is subject to availability in some countries in the EMEA, APAC and LATAM region and needs advanced approval. Please provide detailed configuration and site locations to confirm availability of Service. (Where Next Day Delivery in not available, service will be Next Day SHIPMENT.)

JCARE Next-Day Service Package (ND)

This annual contract provides customers 12X5 next business day parts delivery, 24X7 technical support, software updates and upgrades, and access to Customer Support Center Web services.
