Aerohive Networks - StudentManager
StudentManager includes Aerohive’s powerful network-based, client vendor-agnostic student monitoring and access control system, TeacherView, as well as a suite of features such as Student Information System integration, Lesson Planning, and CIO-level Reporting for classes, schools, and districts.
StudentManager includes an enhanced version of Aerohive Networks TeacherView. StudentManager does not replace TeacherView; rather, it augments it. StudentManager includes an updated version of TeacherView, working with TeacherView on the back end to aid in teacher and student authentication, to collect data for reporting, and to act as the reporting engine to generate detailed class-level, school-level, and district-level reports. StudentManager also integrates with popular SIS systems such as PowerSchool, which drastically simplifies the configuration of students and teachers.
With new lesson planning features, teachers can pre-configure access control and monitoring settings and apply these setting during class as needed.
StudentManager works in coordination with HiveManager and HiveAPs. TeacherView integrates with SIS (Student Information Systems) such as PowerSchool from Pearson. StudentManager is its own management system running on a dedicated Aerohive appliance.
