Integrity
Nothing
matters more than integrity. It starts with our selection
of technology partners and what solutions we want to sell
based upon their technical prowess and ability to take
care of customers. You're either wired with integrity or
not and it has to be the foundation of everything we do.
Knowledge
We are in
the knowledge business. Our founder, Werner Schmidt, was
previously a Chief Knowledge Officer. You have to have
the core foundation knowledge of systems, databases,
applications, business and technology to create the right
architecture for networking and security solutions. Our
knowledge comes from real world experience of running
large IT shops. Yes, we do read literature and magazines
to keep current on new trends, but our knowledge comes
from hands-on implementation and operational experience.
We use that knowledge to select who we will partner with
and limit the choices to the best solutions that we can
offer in the SMB or Enterprise space. We have practical
SMB solutions and highly exotic enterprise solutions.
Communication
We
use our knowledge to add value to everything we sell via
communication. Without communication, it is all useless
and meaningless. We strive to communicate in all that we
do and hope that you communicate back to us on how we are
doing. We tap into the broad experience of our customer
base and learn from their unique experiences as well. We
communicate on your terms, not our vendors. We do not
focus on vendor marketing pitches, but rather how and why
the solution makes sense in your world and your
environment. Most of our installs tend to be highly
interactive as we want to make sure the knowledge
transfer is a key component, so you know and can operate
that solution that we have recommended.
Passion
It has to
be personal, we are all here because we believe with a
passion in what we do. We chose the dynamic and evolving
networking and security world because we are driven to
the challenge that it entails. We tackle it with a
passion rarely seen from a VAR. It is not just a job, it
is what we are driven towards.
